I had a chance to try Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. And I have to say that its really cool service. Its built on Microsoft Azure. Here is the link to Customer Insights. There is an option for free trial. At this point, if you login with your Dynamics 365 trial account then you would be able to link customer insights with your Dynamics 365 trial. It would give you options to combine the data from different data sources.

Also In Dynamics 365, Customer Insights Customer Card Add-in from the Microsoft App source is quite userful. Data is stored in Customer insights but this Customer card will pull the data and display it in Dynamics 365. Data from the Customer insights can be used as a source to Powerapps, Power BI etc.
