Dynamics 365 CRM Themese are quite useful. We use it to identify different environments as well. For instance, you could have one theme for Production and another one for Dev / UAT. This way people can easily differentiate environments.
How to change themes in Dynamics 365 CRM?
Step 1: Navigate to Settings->Customizations-> Themes
Step 2: Either create a new theme or select an existing one. You could always apply the default one in case if the theme gets wrong. Playning in Non-prod environment is highly recommended :-)
Step 3: Change the colours you wish to. And then publish theme ( highlighted) . That's it !
